As you can see, everyone is picking up their first card and are getting ready for the event to begin.
We finally started out about 10:00 am. Our daughter, Dawn, came with us. This was her first poker run, and she didn't really know what to expect. About half way to our 2nd stop, an owl was spotted around the bend landing in the
trees. He seemed curious about all the traffic on the river that day.
You can find the GPS readings for this trip by following this link. If you have never tried a poker run, you are missing out
on a lot of fun. The Aquaholics usually hold their poker run in May. Just check their events page for the next one and
other interesting places to go.
